Total Body Transformation In Just 12 Weeks With Placentia Personal Training
You might remember a few months ago when I ran my own 12 week transformation and took on 3 people. 3 people that had to meet certain requirements, had specific goals, laser sharp focus and wanted to transform their body.
Well, their 12 weeks is up and I asked them to each share their story… YOU WANT TO SEE THIS!
Starting with Monee, I’m not going to lie I was hesitant at first with the pick because I wasn’t sure if she would be up for it…Boy was I wrong! She has done an incredible job and definitely transformed her body and is STILL getting better!

I had gained 30 lbs over the last 3 years and felt so uncomfortable in my clothes. Every time my birthday would arrive I felt like I looked worse than the year before and I wanted to look better. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror and I became extremely unhappy with how I looked and felt. I became so uncomfortable that I started avoiding doing things with friends. I would see pictures of myself and couldn’t believe that I had gained so much weight over the last 3 years. I really love being around people and so for me to not want to go out and do things, it was bad. I knew that it was time to make a change and I felt this program was the change I needed.
This experience has been one of the best experiences of my life. Although I am not a morning person I have to say that I looked forward to every 6am training. Every training was different throughout the entire program. Sako’s nutrition guidance was incredible. He kept me accountable every week to what I was putting in my body. Because I committed to eating healthy my body no longer craves unhealthy food. It’s crazy how that works, but it works! Sako was always there to motivate me whether it be during our training, in an e-mail or through text. I made a commitment to work hard, be consistent, have a positive attitude and believe in myself and with Sako’s help I was able to achieve amazing results in such a short period. The workouts were never easy and when he increased the reps or the weight on the exercise I was doing he would tell me “It’s only a number”.
My results I was able to reach in the 12 week program were a 5% loss in body fat and a loss of 18.6 lbs in weight. I lost 1/2 inch off my arms, 2.75 inches off my chest, 3.25 inches off my waist, 2.5 inches off my thighs and 2 inches off
my hips. I feel 100% better in my clothes and had to give away most of the clothes I used to wear. I am no longer uncomfortable and I look forward to going out and doing things again. I no longer stand with my hands clasped in
front of me to hide the rolls of fat over my jeans. My next goal is to lose 12 more pounds in the next 12 weeks. This year I am turning 50 and I would like to
look better at 50 then I did at 40. I know with my determination and Sako’s help and motivation we can make it happen. Like Sako always says “It’s only a number”.
If you have the desire to look and feel better about yourself, physically and mentally you should challenge yourself to the 12 week body transformation. I am so happy that I did and thankful that Sako was there to help me every step of the way. The encouragement I also received from the other trainers, Tony, Mark and Alan and also from Sako’s assistant Caitie was amazing and real. Many of the boot camp clients were so encouraging as well as Kim and Nate who were there at 6am with me and made me laugh while we were sweating away. A BIG thank you to all of you. I encourage you to make a commitment to your physical and mental well being, it will be the best investment you will ever make.
