I’m really excited to start our next round of our 12 week transformation since our first group had amazing results!
Here is the final 12 week transformation client I worked with.
Kim, for those that know her or see her at boot camp know she works her butt off, doesn’t miss days and is always ahead of the pack. The best part is, she’s over 40 [sorry Kim, I had to share ]. She has a family and STILL makes time for herself and her health. No excuses, she makes it happen.

I was immediately interested when Sako first offered up the 12 week program. I had been doing boot camp consistently for about 10 months with good results but I still wasn’t where I wanted to be, especially when it came to body fat percentage.
The results that I have been able to achieve with the combination of personalized training and nutrition have been truly amazing. I lost 6% body fat, 9% of my weight & over 3’ in my waist alone! (& by the way, I’m only 5’1”, so there wasn’t a whole lot of me to begin with!!) I cannot say it was easy, but I can say it was always fun!
By logging my food intake, I was not only accountable for how much I ate, but more importantly WHAT I ate. Sako’s weekly comments & encouragements helped guide me towards healthier choices. After 3 months of eating healthy it has become almost second nature & I have almost cut out processed foods entirely! The amount of strength & endurance I have gained is crazy! I am in better shape now then I was 10-15 years ago. I’m an avid snowboarder & to be able to board top to bottom of the runs @ Mammoth without stopping is incredible!
Anyone on the fence about taking on the 12 week challenge, I would say go for it!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience, or results.
