Before No Limit I did not exercise. I ate whatever I wanted. I didn’t think about the consequences. I was out of shape, overweight and always tired.
In 2013 my husband was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. I became a full time caregiver and with the stress and busy schedule my eating habits became worse then they were before. Always grabbing fast food and unhealthy foods. Although my husband fought hard for 14 months he unfortunately lost his battle in May of 2014.
Fast forward a few months and I started walking to get out of the house and have time to process all that my family was dealing with. I started to notice that I felt better on the days I walked. I kept seeing posts on Facebook about No Limit. I was interested but felt that I was too out of shape and overweight to go. The posts kept showing up and one day I decided it was time to do something for myself.
It took me a couple times of driving there and then leaving before I got the courage to go in and ask about Boot camp. I am so happy I did!!!
All the trainers were so nice and encouraging. After 1 month of Boot camp I decided I wanted to try personal training. I have just started my 6th month of personal training and I love it. I have learned I can do so much more then I thought. I have lost 45lbs. I am stronger and more tone. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 12. Everyday chores and tasks that were hard before No Limit are now easy.
I still have work to do but with the help and guidance of No Limit and Jeff I have come a long way. No Limit, Jeff and all the trainers have no idea how much they have helped me not only survive but actually thrive in the worst year of my life!
