I have exercised pretty regularly for several years.  I was at a different gym/boot camp that ended up closing and a friend of mine invited me to No Limit.  I loved it from the first class!  I also cycle. Once I tried No Limit I brought 4 friends with me and Sako gave us a trial for free boot camps!  He was very relaxed, not uptight about the money or if we were going to sign up or not,  no pressure.  I liked that about him.  We all loved it and signed up!

I feel very comfortable  at No Limit, I feel known, and I continue to love the boot camps. Everyone is happy to be there. The staff is very welcoming and personable, it’s a great atmosphere, and all the trainers know your name and remember it!! They have all made themselves available too; If you have a question about how to improve, work on your form,  or food plans, they are there for all of us. Even questions about muscle or joint pain and what to do about it.

I like to exercise, be fit, and and have a good outlook on life. Being at No Limit really helps me with those areas of my life.  Even though it’s just being there for one hour a day they are like family!  I’m in the midst of a difficult time in my life and I need to move but as crazy as it sounds one of my considerations is I don’t want to move too far away from this place, it is a part of my life at this time. To be honest, I exercise mostly for my mental and emotional It is like a drug for me and helps me sooo much,  I am grateful.

I think I’ve always been in ok shape, but when you are my age a lot starts to happen to your body. Weight, flexibility, and body shape fluctuate due to diminishing hormones!! To be honest, I would say give it a try, you can come as little or as much as you want, you wont be disappointed and you will love how you feel after each workout!
