Step by step she crushes it, no hesitation, no doubt in her mind and a few clients start looking over at her in awe as she goes.
It’s not over…
She still has to push it back, with 760 lbs on there we call over team member Richard to add more weight. This is unbelievable, we’re now just around 950 lbs and Andrea met her match. Never done before she doesn’t even question it, puts her head down and starts moving.
As I look up, the entire gym is watching, people stopped what they were doing and she had the support of an entire gym as she paces down that turf. She reaches the finish mark and hits the floor laying there after a huge accomplishment. Everyone starts cheering her on and clapping.
Yes, this may be just another day at No Limit where clients are smashing goals and progressing.
For me, it was much bigger than that.
It wasn’t about the weight of the sled (even though that’s amazing).
To most people it was impressive to see a woman push 950 lbs across the turf.
It was about the moment I looked up and saw the entire gym stop what they were doing to support a fellow member, to celebrate her personal accomplishment and to congratulate her as she completed it.
To see my team members individually go up to her and congratulate her…
To later go on Facebook and see a bunch of No Limit members and team members share her video excited about her accomplishment and the huge amount of support and praise she was given…
That’s what No Limit is about. It’s not just about weight loss. It’s about family, people having your back, keeping you accountable and also supporting you through your journey. It’s a community of amazing people working towards becoming the best versions of themselves while empowering others to do the same.
It’s not just a workout. It’s a lifestyle. You’re not just a number here, you’re a part of something bigger. You’re family.
Andrea, We’re proud of you. You not only have dropped over 75 lbs, you’re breaking records weekly, inspiring more people than you’ll ever know and you’re all smiles each and every workout. You also keep Alex caffeinated throughout the day 🙂
This wasn’t your average Monday motivation but it’s been on my mind all weekend and it’s a great feeling so I had to share. I love what I do and wouldn’t trade it for the world.
