” I first came to No Limit in the summer of 2014 right before the beginning of sophomore year weighing 155lbs. “
I first came to No Limit in the summer of 2014 right before the beginning of sophomore year weighing 155lbs. I worked out with a few different trainers, just trying to get a good workout in. I lifted a lot, but evidently I was doing most of the incorrect exercises that didn’t affiliate with baseball. It felt very good and I was gaining some weight, but very slowly.
One of my dad’s coworkers said that No Limit had a trainer that trains baseball players, so that appealed to my dad very much. I went there thinking it would be like any other gym; Just a place where people go to workout, but it’s not. The shirts that say “No Limit Family” really means it. Everyone is very friendly and they all know each other. Many of people are great, even though I don’t know most of them I’m glad I can see everyone’s face when I go there.
“I’m very pleased with my results and I’m very thankful that Jeff has put up with me for this past year and a half.”
It’s one of the best places I’ve been to and I wouldn’t recommend any other place to train because it more than a gym, it’s a family. As I said earlier, when I first came in I was weighing 155lbs. I was a scrawny, little kid with nothing, but skin and bone. At first I was upset that I wasn’t gaining any weight, but I knew it’ll come. One year later, at the beginning of my junior year, I weighed 175 lbs. I was very pleased with my results, but I kept working and now I’m at 187lbs!! I’m very pleased with my results and I’m very thankful that Jeff has put up with me for this past year and a half.
For anyone who comes or is at No Limit I wouldn’t recommend any other place to go workout and that it’s one of the best place to get in shape. If you workout here it’ll be worth it no matter what obstacles you’re facing.
