I used to attend other boot camps prior to joining No Limit. I attended an all ladies boot camp for about three years. During that time, I worked hard and lost a considerable amount of weight, but unfortunately I injured my back and had to stop attending due to doctor’s orders. After going through months of physical therapy, I was given the “ok” to ease back into daily exercise. I decided to try a boot camp with 30 minute long sessions. It was great at the beginning, but after a year and a half, doubling and even tripling my daily sessions were not enough for me.
My workouts from the other boot camps were getting boring. I felt as though I wasn’t being challenged enough. I lost some weight during their weight loss challenges, but always regained as soon as the challenge ended. I felt like something was missing.
“My friend Linh invited me to try No Limit during their Toys for Tot’s promotion last Thanksgiving. I’m glad I went and got to meet the owner, trainers, and members.”
The trainers at No Limit are awesome. They are experienced, knowledgeable, funny and make me feel like I’m part of the family. The workouts are different everyday, which keeps me challenged. I don’t feel bored at all.
“There was an occasion when my back started acting up during bootcamp and Jeff offered to help me if I showed up the next morning at 5am. He spent two early morning sessions with me and the rest is history.”
I have been doing the series of workouts religiously right before the 5:30am boot camp and I haven’t had an instance of back pain since. He practically gave me PT sessions for free. I’m forever grateful to have had Jeff help me.
“I didn’t get this kind of treatment at the other boot camps. I feel so lucky to have finally found No Limit.”
For the last five years, I have lost some weight and gained some back. My weight fluctuates and always hits a plateau. Going to No Limit, I feel like I’m starting to get stronger again. My weight is slowly going down and I’m starting to see a little definition in my arms again.
I didn’t think it was possible, hence it being called “dream” weight. I’m currently at my 12 week mark at No Limit and my weight has dropped down even more. A couple more pounds left to lose and I’ll be at my wedding weight! Speaking of weddings, just for fun, I tried on a black dress that my mother in law hand knitted for me a year before I got married. This dress has a lot of sentimental value, and guess what? The dress fits! It’s the best feeling in the world. I might just have to wear that dress on our upcoming 22nd year wedding anniversary this June.
“I’m happy to say that after working out at No Limit for just 8 weeks, I have reached my “dream” weight.”
I would tell anyone on the fence about joining that the people, trainers, atmosphere all make a difference in one’s workout, and No Limit has it all!
