During your consultation:

We’ll help you clarify exactly where you’d like to be by discussing and setting your specific goals. Then, we will develop an individualized program to help you achieve those goals.  Everyone is different, so setting up a fitness and nutrition program that is specific to YOU is crucial.

Once the consultation is complete, we will set you up with the trainer that we feel is the best fit to help you reach your goals. Then, you will receive a complimentary 30-minute training session to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
