The 2017 No Limit “Maintain Don’t Gain” is less of a challenge and more of an accountability and support group of people who will be there to remind you that fitness is all about building healthy, sustainable habits that follow you through the holidays and last a lifetime.
When: November 22-January 6
Who: Everyone. You do not have to be an NLPT member.

*2 Inbody body composition tests
*FB private accountability group where coaches and clients will keep each other accountable and offer support along the way.
*You must complete your first Inbody test between 11/16-11/20
*You must complete your second Inbody test between 1/2-1/6
