This is Sako Yakinian with No Limit Personal Training. I want to welcome you to the No Limit family 🙂

I wanted to personally thank you for joining our program and for also being an action taker. Not only for taking action in trying to improve your overall quality of life and get the body you’ve always wanted but to also thank you for being a part of our program.

I want you to know that we are here to support you 100%.  Remember, in order to achieve your best body you need to stay consistent, work hard and be patient. It’s not just about how hard you work at boot camp it’s also about making smarter choices when it comes to nutrition and living an overall healthier lifestyle.

Below is EVERYTHING you need. If you have any questions about anything or need any help please never hesitate to ask. We’re here every step of the way for you :).
