Welcome to the 2016 No Limit Transformation Challenge!

Below are all the resources you will need. Please take the time to read this entire page, it is EXTREMELY important.

I recommend printing it all out and keeping a log with you at all times. Every little detail you need is below.

Make sure everything below is taken care of so you’re eligible for the challenge. If these aren’t complete by May 22nd you won’t be eligible to participate and we will issue you a full refund.

  • Submit your before pictures to NOLIMITASSISTANT@GMAIL.COM
  • Getting your body fat tested (these will be scheduled)
  • Make sure you’re in the NL 2016 Transformation Challenge Group on FB. If you’re not please contact us at nolimitassistant@gmail.com so we add you.
  • Get rid of ALL the crap in your fridge and house and replace it with the good stuff!

Important notes and factors throughout the 8 weeks

  • We recommend working out at least 4 days per week
  • Let your friends, family members and coworkers know you’re in this challenge so they can help keep you accountable and support you
  • If you have ANY questions about this program or throughout the challenge please ask it in the FB group or email me at nolimit.sako@gmail.com.
  • Stay consistent with your nutrition, without having the nutrition on track you won’t see progress
  • You may have to cut back on alcohol or give it up for 8 weeks, commit!
  • Pick up heavier weights in boot camp (with proper form) and push yourself a little harder than normal. Focus on getting stronger.
  • Stay active in the FB group, we’re all working towards the same goal.
  • Trust the process, don’t obsess over the scale, focus on the process, work hard and be patient.

Important note: This isn’t the ONLY plan that will get you to your goals. This is just the path we chose to help you. If you speak with different trainers even in our own facility we all  may take a different approach, it all works. The plan you stick to is the most effective plan.
